I’m your host, Dr Kate Byrne, Chief Strategist over at EVER Change and Communication.

After 20+ years supporting organisational transformations, I know that aligned leadership and great communication are the keys to embedding change initiatives and unleashing the full potential of employees and partners to do extraordinary things.

Time in the trenches has taught me that the best change communications are always a mixture of well-crafted strategy, impactful creative, disciplined execution, and compelling storytelling to draw people in and inspire them to action.  BUT I get that driving transformational change is easier said than done… That’s why I started The New Way podcast.
